At Byrna, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit and style for your wardrobe with absolute confidence.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive an email notification as soon as our warehouse processes your refund or ships your exchange.
